Agora Markt Inc. provides a platform for vendors to list their event and wedding-related products and services and for customers to browse book and purchase these offerings. We facilitate secure transactions and offer features to enhance the event planning experience. Our services include but are not limited to:

• A robust search bar for easy navigation.
• Location tracking permissions to provide local recommendations.
• Intuitive side tabs for quick access to different sections.
• Comprehensive tables to manage all event-related details efficiently.
• A community section where vendors and customers can post ideas engage in discussion groups and share stories from live events.

6. Purchases and Payment

We facilitate secure payment processing for transactions between users and vendors. You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchases including any applicable taxes. Payment options may include after-pay and credit services payment plans and other methods as provided by the App or Site. All transactions are processed securely and we do not store your payment information.

7. Subscriptions

If the App or Site offers subscription-based services the terms of those subscriptions will be outlined separately. Subscription fees will be billed on a recurring basis as disclosed at the time of subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time subject to any applicable cancellation terms and conditions.

8. User Generated Contributions

Users may post content including reviews comments and other materials. You retain ownership of your contributions but grant us a non-exclusive royalty-free perpetual irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use display and distribute them. You are solely responsible for your contributions and agree not to post any content that is illegal harmful or infringes on the rights of others.

9. Contribution License

By posting content on the App or Site you grant Agora Markt Inc. a worldwide non-exclusive royalty-free perpetual irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use reproduce modify adapt publish translate create derivative works from distribute and display such content in any media format and through any media channels now known or hereafter developed.

10. Guidelines for Reviews

Reviews must be truthful and based on your personal experience. You may not post fake or misleading reviews. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines or that we consider inappropriate for any reason. Reviews should not include offensive language personal attacks or irrelevant information.

11. Mobile Application License

We grant you a limited non-transferable non-exclusive license to download and install the App on your mobile device for your personal use. You agree not to use the App for any commercial purposes without our express written consent. Any software provided through the App is licensed not sold to you and you may not redistribute or resell the software.

12. Social Media

The App or Site may integrate with social media platforms allowing you to share content and interact with other users. Your use of these features is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these platforms.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App or Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which Agora Markt Inc. is headquartered. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. The arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction in which Agora Markt Inc. is headquartered and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we shall not be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues whether incurred directly or indirectly or any loss of data use goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use of the App or Site (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App or Site (d) any bugs viruses trojan horses or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App or Site by any third party or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted transmitted or otherwise made available through the App or Site.
